LIVING AREA - features a spacious living room, complete with a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. KITCHEN & DINING - The unit features a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to create delicious meals, including an array of appliances (except a dishwasher). BED & BATH - This rental sleeps four between the bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV, along with a closet to store and hang your things. Your unit has a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA - Enjoy amazing views of the river, Memorial Bridge, and Battleship North Carolina from the private balcony. Simply walk across the street, stroll along River Walk to get an up close and relaxed view of the Cape Fear. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, internet, and a washer/dryer. PRIVATE PARKING - parking for one passenger CAR is provided for the suite. DIRECTLY BEHIND THE UNIT ON THE BACK ROW OF THE PARKING LOT IS A PRIVATE PARKING LOT MARKED IN YELLOW. SPACE NO 1 IS ASSIGNED TO SUITE 203. DO NOT PARK IN ANY OTHER SPACES. TOWING IS INFORCED. There is also a paid parking lot adjacent to our building and a paid parking deck 2 blocks away. This unit is located on the second floor. Elevators are available. LOCATION - This rental offers an extremely walkable locale, nestled in the Historic District near eateries, shops, and attractions. Outdoor recreation abounds with kayaking, boating, hiking, fishing, and swimming all nearby. For a day at the shore, travel is about 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach.

I think the description has been updated, but we were misled to believe that there was a parking spot on site for guests staying in this condo. Because of the misinformation, our vehicle was almost towed, and it cost us $180. The parking we ended up using was the city parking garage two blocks away. With that said, the condo is in a wonderful location overlooking the water. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was a nice size with a large vanity space. We appreciated the water pressure in the shower as well. As one other guest commented, it does get a little noisy at night with noise from the street and entertainment at the restaurant behind the building.

Walkable to all things Downtown. Perfect size for a quick getaway.

Apartment was very well stocked for cooking etc. Toilet was leaking onto the floor when flushed during our stay.

Condo was just right for us and our 7 year old twins. Right in the middle of everything - walkable to many restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and the river walk. Everything was as described in the listing. Very please with our stay!

The location was easy to get to, assigned parking was great. This sweet little condo was the perfect home base for a week with family!
