Spend the day strolling along the boardwalk and exploring local shops and restaurants. Then return home to relax in your private outdoor oasis. The fenced yard invites you to unwind into vacation mode. Cook out on the gas grill and dine alfresco under the shade of the large umbrella. As evening falls, get cozy by the wood-burning firepit. A front porch with rocking chairs offers an idyllic spot to sip iced tea and watch the world go by. Inside, a full kitchen makes it easy to whip up delicious meals for your group. A welcoming living area provides a smart TV - perfect for kicking back and catching up on favorite shows. For an additional sleeping option, there's a queen sofa bed in the living area. -A sleeping cot is provided in the primary bedroom closet. -Firewood for the firepit is not provided.

I loved that the neighbors are quiet the home is peaceful and really nice just needs good cleaning after every use

It was a cute little house, but neighborhood parking was first-come, first-serve.

The house is in a great location, only a couple of minutes drive from the downtown area. The facilities are excellent, with everything you need, nice stoop out front and a pleasant backyard seating/dining area. Recommended.

The house and amenities were top notch. Place is located near downtown. From the privacy of the back yard, we got to see fireworks from the downtown area. Will book again in the future.

Loved being able to disconnect there from our busy roadtrips through out the day. Wilmington is such a fun and busy dow town, the neighborhood of this home is quiet but a short drive to downtown, the beach and Wrightsville.

This home was adorable and super convenient to everything. The only issue is the hot water runs out after 5 minutes so people can’t take back to back showers.
