The oceanfront outdoor spaces are where this home really shines! Three levels of full-length porches give everyone room to find their own favorite spot. Grab a rocking chair for your morning coffee, settle into an Adirondack chair with a salty breeze, gather around the outdoor dining area, or head to the covered oceanfront party deck and enjoy your own happy hour with the Atlantic as your backdrop!

Down by the pool, vacation mode is in full swing. Stretch out on a lounger and soak up the sunshine, cool off with a swim in the large private pool, or fire up the grill for an easy afternoon cookout. When the sun goes down, slip into the hot tub with your favorite drink and unwind beneath the stars while listening to the ocean nearby. You may find yourself spending more time outside than in—and we wouldn’t blame you!

Step inside and the ocean stays front and center. The spectacular great room features a full wall of windows and sliding glass doors that fill the space with natural light and seemingly endless ocean views. Comfortable gathering spaces and a convenient wet bar make this the perfect place for everyone to come together after a day on the beach.

The spacious kitchen was designed with large groups in mind, offering an incredible amount of prep and gathering space for everything from quick breakfasts before hitting the sand to big family dinners. Multiple dining and seating areas give everyone a place at the table, including an oceanfront dining space where the view may just steal the show!

Ready for some downtime? All 10 bedrooms are private suites with their own en suite bathrooms, giving everyone a comfortable place to retreat and recharge. Spread across three floors, the suites provide a great balance between spending time together and having your own space when you want it.

A full-home elevator makes moving between levels easier, while the home’s spacious layout gives large groups plenty of room to spread out without missing out on time together.

It was a great house and we loved all thhe ocean front + pool. The first night we were there we had to survive without a wine opener, but the housekeeping brought one the next day. And was very responsive. thank you PS there was a very musty smell in the basement and on the first bedroom level.

the beach, the pool, the house...so wonderful. Owner was there when I arrived. Had difficulty in using the keypad. He was so helpful. He handed me his business card and told me to call if I had any problems. Pool and hot tub were cleaned twice while we were there. All the time sparkling water. Extra refrigerators, two stoves, 2 dishwashers were all a plus. Had a problem with the kitchen sink running slow, addressed immediately. The owner and his staff were right on with attention to any concerns. We were there over the 4th of July, fireworks fantastic. This was a wonderful family vacation.

When we arrived, we could not get into the home with the code provided. We called and spoke to someone and they gave us multiple codes. One of the codes only had 4 digits, so I figured out the lockbox code and we just used that. Never got in with the keypad. Upon trying to move in, the door handle to the main level elevator entrance jammed up. This caused a whole bunch of grumpy folks having to lug things to the second floor to get the elevator. They did send someone within an hour of us letting them know, but we were already moved-in by the time he got it fixed (the repair guy was wonderful). The house was clean, but in much need of a deep clean. Lots of dense dust on the lamps, bathroom vanities, mirrors, etc. When cooking, we had to be very careful about not setting off the fire alarm. The vent hood did not have a vent or light in it. It looked like it was there at one time, but now just a rusty hole. The refrigerator in the kitchen had a lower, pull-out freezer, but the handle was broken. If you pulled up on it, it would pull right off. The layout of the family room was nice, with automatic reclining sofas. There were three of them, but only 4 of the recliners operated. And the rug in the family room is filthy with stains and dirt- definitely time for a new rug. The real icing on the cake was the heater on the pool was broken. The email that was sent to us, just prior to going, said "Pool Heat is no longer available for the 2023 season due to extensive repairs needed on the heater". Okay, then repair! This was an expensive house and we would have never rented it if we had known the pool wasn't going to be able to be heated! If these items were addressed, I would say it is a good house. The layout is nice and the multiple king bedrooms with ensuite baths is a rare find. It needs some down time and given some some maintenance, cleaning and to be refreshed. I was the one that rented the house for our group. I initially booked it with a local realty company. I read the reviews prior to booking and they were positive. Soon after booking the home, it's rental management changed. I was notified of the change and for whom I was to send payment and get instructions moving forward. As our reserved stay got closer, the reviews for the house were becoming less and less positive. Maybe the owners changed rental companies because they wanted to save money? You know the old adage "you get what you pay for"? Sadly we did not.

Very big house, nice size kitchen, & fun pool area and beach party deck. We paid extra for heated pool and it was not working the entire week. Very disappointing, especially for the big weekly fee that comes with this property.

We had a wonderful week at Scotch Bonnet Sunset. The home was clean and the beds were made upon arrival. It was great that each room had its own bathroom and there were plenty of towels. We loved the views from the top floor and deck and the kids loved playing in the pool when they were tired from the beach. There were lots of puzzles and games and most everything you could need as far as small appliances. All in all a great week and we’ll be back for sure!
