With the beach access just steps away, walk right across the street with your boogie boards and surfboards and let the salt waves take you for a ride. This beach house offers a breathtaking ocean view from virtually every room. Upstairs, nautical decor and coordinating colors complement a bright and breezy open floor plan. Sit on the covered deck to smell the ocean air and soak up the sunlight. The kitchen features granite countertops, blue tile backsplash, a microwave, dishwasher, disposal, and refrigerator with icemaker. Dine at a table next to bay windows that seats up to 10 people and enjoy the best table in the house every night. The hand painted cupboard and mirror add a personalized, homey touch. Relax on a comfy sofa. The overhead ceiling fan keeps things cool. Watch your favorite movie or TV show on a 42 inch TV. Deck access is available from all rooms. Outdoor deck furniture featuring Adirondack chairs are available to watch the cresting of the ocean waves, to enjoy your morning coffee, and to savor the beautiful sunsets.

This property is great for going to the beach daily as the access is about 100 yards away and you can wheel a wagon there. The property has a crock pot and large dining room table for a large family. The kitchen is small for a large group but stocked with ample tools and supplies needed for the first few days of trip. The oven doesn’t heat well but when it does it heats the entire living space and the digital clock/area you would see the temperature is difficult to read. There are three flights of stairs to get to the main living area which makes it difficult to bring up groceries and luggage so prepare for a workout. The main living area can get loud if you have children so prepare your ears. The views from the trex porches are beautiful and perfect for summer storms with deck chairs to enjoy being outside. There is one bathroom on the top floor/main living space and two in the second floor bedroom area. We liked that the living room and bedrooms were on two separate floors, it helped us be able to put kids to bed and continue our night BUT when someone is in the living room/main floor then you can hear them walking or moving when in bedrooms - so bring a sound machine. The master bedroom is huge but the other three rooms are small. It gets hot in the upstairs bedroom because you can’t have the fan on when sleeping on top bunk. The host was communicative. Overall, this was a great place and would recommend for a large family and perfect location.

The unit was clean and nicely decorated, and the proximity to the beach was really convenient. If you don't like lots of stairs, this one isn't for you, though! Overall, a great unit and it worked really well for seven people.

Unit was clean, well kept. Colorful beach décor really made you know where you were. Could possibly use taller seating on the decks so you can see over the deck rails and enjoy the beach view. Really enjoyed our stay. Hopefully stay again.

Upon arrival the home was very clean, the space in the home was plentiful, the home is decorated beautifully, and the beautiful views of the ocean from all 4 balconies is excellent. Our family had more than enough room & we were very satisfied with the home. We are requesting this home to be our yearly vacation home.

Christmas Gathering

My family met at the property for Christmas. We do this every year and typically have to bring half of our kitchen to prepare the meal. The kitchen at this property was so well stocked we didn’t have to unpack any of our utensils, paper plates, etc. we had a lovely stay and enjoyed our proximity to the beach.

The location was great. You can see the ocean from the porch, and it's a couple minutes before you're on the sand. The beach is wide and open, making it inviting to walk at all times. The house has four bedrooms, so my siblings and I all had our own rooms. The porches were the best, as every bedroom had a porch. The kitchen was well stocked. It's not a party area, so we loved the tranquility of the moon on the ocean.

So close to the beach

Great house for our family! Very close to the beach so it was easy to run home for lunch. Home had everything we needed and the starter packs of shampoo, soap, etc were really nice.

North topsail beach

Very nice place. Pretty furniture, kitchen nice appliances. Great views from all rooms. Nice to have 3 bathrooms. Close to beach access was very helpful.
