Description Description
This multi-level home is located in North Topsail Beach, just minutes from shopping, dining, and more! Discover all that Topsail Island has to offer from kayak tours to the Sea Turtle Hospital in Topsail Beach just a short drive to the south. New updates made include new roofing, siding, sheetrock, electrical, premium vinyl flooring, trim, doors, and fresh new furniture! New appliances throughout as well! The living room is filled with warm rich island colors. The space has two comfortable sofas and two additional chairs. A TV and DVD player are tucked into the corner. The living room offers glorious views of the ocean with access to the covered deck. The attached dining area offers the same ocean views and a table seating 10. Additional seating for 3 can be found at the bar in the adjacent kitchen. The spacious kitchen has beautiful countertops, which are accented by the accessories atop the cabinets. The kitchen offers a refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and toaster oven. One bedroom is tucked back in the sound side corner of the home. Use this as a second main bedroom for guests that can't get up and down the stairs well. On the second-floor landing of this oceanfront home, you will find the main bedroom with wonderful dark wood and wrought iron furniture. A private bathroom with a separate sink area is attached. A sliding glass door leads out to the upper oceanfront deck. You'll love waking up in the morning and breathing in the warm fresh air. The second bedroom also has a sliding glass door that leads out to the upper oceanfront deck. THINGS TO KNOW North Topsail Beach Truck-Hauled Sand Project may be taking place at the beach near this property until May 1st, 2023.

Amazing location on a beautiful beach in a quiet area with other homes and no big complexes or resorts. Being just a set of steps down to the beach with a great view of the water from the two decks was terrific.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! After arriving to Topsail with my family and finding out our original place was double booked by another company, Carolina Coast Retreats really went above and beyond making sure we could still have our vacation. Their communication was amazing & they worked so well with us, given the short amount of time they had to get things ready. The location is perfect & this house suited my large family well! We definitely will book again!

Perfect location
We have stayed at this rental twice, and will do so again in the future. We had a few minor issues BOTH times (i.e., shower not working, oven not heating well, freezer drawer sticks) - and one new inconvenience which was roaches. We killed at least 6 huge ones. I understand those are common in beach homes , so as long as pest control is addressed.. we would still stay there again. The house is large, on a quiet strip of beach, close to shops and restaurants, and the location (sand/ocean) is unmatchable. Hopefully the above mentioned issues will be remedied soon, because we look forward to our next trip and staying here again!

The house was very nice and the kitchen was well stocked. Would’ve given 5 starts but the location of the outdoor shower was inconvenient and the indoor showers could use better shower heads. Would definitely stay here again.
