NTB1938 Topsail Serenity

We’ve stayed in the house twice now and it has always been great!

We really enjoyed our stay in N Topsail. This house is one row back from the beach but still has good water views and a short easy walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable, and the 4 bathrooms helpful. Newly built and clean! It is on 4 levels, so there are plenty of stairs, but the elevator helped a lot. I would go again!

We have been to North Topsail multiple times (topsail dunes, shipwatch villas, shipwatch townhomes, and St. Regis) and this was the nicest place yet. This is a great space for two families as the three floors helps everyone have their own space. Plenty of room for family meals. Perfect location just a few steps away from beach access. Chairs for the beach, boogie boards, and 2 kayaks available in the storage closet underneath. Covered area for parking, private outdoor shower... and a pool that was large enough for everyone to use. The only negatives were that the Wi-Fi was not stellar - but that was a kid complaint. On vacation it shouldn't matter that much unless you have to work remotely. Also, there's a bit of a water dripping/ condensation issue in the kitchen above the stove. Other than that, no complaints.

This was our first time to topsail. It didn’t disappoint. This home was gorgeous, new and very updated. We had a total and 10 people and never once felt cramped or “too close” for the week. The WiFi was a little sketchy when you’re trying to stayed to connected but nothing to fret over.

The layout of this house was great! Loved the decor, modern yet beachy. Location is great as always on this end, short talk to the local watering hole for a drink yet away from the traffic end of Topsail.

Large rooms with plenty of space for our family! Home was stocked with everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Very comfortable beds and couches with plenty of blankets and pillows. Just a few steps from the beach! I can't say enough good things about this home, you won't regret your stay here!

Large rooms with plenty of space for our family! Home was stocked with everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Very comfortable beds and couches with plenty of blankets and pillows. Just a few steps from the beach! I can't say enough good things about this home, you won't regret your stay here!

We just left after a fabulous time in this home. Very clean; well furnished and the kitchen was stocked with many of the essentials — some basic spices, plenty of cookware, storage containers, etc. We loved that each bedroom had use of their own bathroom and that every bedroom had their own deck you could sit on - you could pick if you wanted shade or sun. We could watch the sunrise by a quick 3 minute walk to the beach access or just by opening the doors to the fourth floor deck. It was quiet and the elevator made move in and move out a breeze. You’ll want to bring beach supplies such as umbrella/chairs/toys but we knew that coming in. I really don’t have anything negative to say. Will plan to stay again as this is one of the best homes we have rented — icing on the cake was being able to take our pup along and just rinse in the outside shower before going inside.

Home had private beach access, beach only had a few people on it which was nice. Entire townhome to yourself, with included parking. 3 story home, very spacious. The access to the beach was awesome. Good restaurants and icecream and cafes like a 20 minute drive. Awesome place
