We enjoyed a fabulous time for our family vacation in North Topsail Beach. It perfectly suited us with 10 adults, 6 children from ages 16 years to 16 months, and two dogs. Everyone was very comfortable in this recently built home. The kitchen was great and well equipped for the most part. (They could have used a few more tea spoons and the crockpot was cracked and unusable.). On the other hand they had two coffee makers, one was a drip and the other a Keurig. The AC worked very well, and we loved the convenience of an elevator, especially when moving in and moving out. It was also nice when bringing in groceries. The family enjoyed the pool as well as the hot tub. Several had fun playing on the put-put hole beside the pool. The proximity to the beach was amazing and this stretch of beach was not crowded at all. We had such a good time, we’ve already reserved a week at the same house for next year!

Had a great time. Home was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. Just a short walk across the street to the beach. There were 10 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out for the week. The front and rear decks are a nice amenity, allowing everyone to have their own space. Topsail beach was beautiful with clear water!!

Beautiful house, wonderful stay. Clear check in and check out instructions, great communication, house was very clean and cozy. We loved everything about the house. Elevator was a life saver for our elderly parents. We had one small, very minor issue and the team was incredibly responsive, communicative and issue was resolved quickly. Screened in porch was amazing to enjoy the cool evening breezes. 10/10 most highly recommended

So much space! Beautiful views!! We so much enjoyed our stay! The welcome kit lasted us the whole weekend! I also want to ad this house was around others but we had so much privacy! Quite area. Great for family’s! Will be returning.

Very nice property overall. It could benefit from a few updates and more thorough cleaning in some areas. The owners were very responsive and accommodating, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not operational during our stay. We ultimately had a great time! Beach access was so close!

Our stay was nice, very spacious however the furniture throughout the house could use some TLC. It wasn’t super clean and the refrigerator leaked so we had to keep a towel under it the whole stay. But it was a nice layout and a nice short walk to the beach!

Nice vacation!

Great pool, hot tub & putting green! Teens loved it all. Very easy access to beach. Lots of parking! Comfortable for 3 families and older teen kids.

Fully stocked with everything you need! Comfortable beds! Extremly short walk to a beach access! Apparently there aren't allowed any golf carts unless they are tagged (license plate). We only brought ours because my mom just had surgery. My husband talked to the cops. Explained the situation. They were awesome! They sat where we had to cross the road to make sure we were safe. They were amazing! I called the rental company to report something minor. They came the next morning to take care of it. They also called the day we were arriving to make sure we had a safe trip in.

This home was beautiful and so close to the beach. The top level decks gave us an amazing view of the ocean. The backyard was gorgeous, I don’t think they have updated pics but they also have a putting green right behind the pool.
