Had an excellent stay. The air conditioning on the 3rd floor did not work our entire stay, but the host did their best and provided portable air conditioners for that floor. Would likely have been 5 stars across the board if it wasn’t for the air conditioner issue. Overall, very pleased and would stay here again.

Our family voted this unanimously our favorite beach house. Comfortable seating for all of us inside and out, location on the beach stunning!! The kitchen a joy to prepare meals in.
Plenty of things for kids to do, gaming to boogie boarding. Look forward to our next visit!

The home was very clean and well-organized. The staff were courteous and extremely helpful throughout our stay, especially with managing our date changes and other arrangements.

Great location with amazing views. Comfy beds and kitchen was setup nice. Could use a new fridge since it slams into the pantry every time you open it. Very clean house, hot tub and garages. Well worth renting and plenty of room for a big family!

The house was perfect for our family! We enjoyed our time on the beach, relaxing on the decks, and cooking a large early Thanksgiving meal! It did not disappoint! The elevator was a huge bonus! Overall, very pleased with our stay.

Great place for family!

This house is in a great location and perfect for your family! It offers spaces to relax inside and outside, the beds were comfortable, and it was clean! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need if you plan on cooking. We will definitely be back! The elevator is a plus!

The location and floor plan were ideal for our group of 17 with 11 adults and 6 kids. The kitchen was well-equipped.

Had a great week with family. Beach was wonderful. House was good, lots of room to spread out. We enjoyed the porch swings and hot tub. A little strange on the layout of home. To get out to the beach you have to go through one of two bedrooms or down and out through the garage area. Would be nice if they enclosed the outdoor shower.

Great house

We had an amazing vacation at Topsail and can’t wait to come back again. This house fit everyone in our group very comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. The rooms were spacious. We did have some initial maintenance issues due to it being the start of the season, however the maintenance company was very responsive. Other than usual wear and tear on the house the house is in great condition and we would recommend this house to anyone!
