One of the home's standout features is its private boardwalk leading directly to the beach, complete with built-in benches along the way. Grab a book, enjoy your morning coffee, watch the activity along the shoreline, or simply sit back and take in the scenery before heading down to the sand.
Designed with a reverse floor plan to make the most of its oceanfront setting, Island Awakening places the main living spaces on the upper level, where sweeping views become part of your everyday surroundings. Step onto the furnished open deck and watch the sunrise over the water, feel the ocean breeze, or wind down together after another day at the beach.
Inside, vaulted ceilings and an open layout create a bright and welcoming gathering space for the whole group. The kitchen flows easily into the dining and living areas, while the oceanfront dining space gives you a front-row view of the coastline during meals. Large windows and direct deck access keep the beach scenery close even when you're relaxing indoors.
Most of the bedrooms are located on the lower level, creating separation between the main gathering spaces and comfortable places to recharge. This level also opens onto a large, furnished covered deck overlooking the ocean—an ideal spot when you want the view without spending the day in direct sun.
When it's time for the beach, pack up the chairs and boogie boards and follow your private walkway straight to the sand. Afterward, the convenient outdoor shower makes rinsing off from a day by the water simple before heading back inside.
