Sitting directly along the beachfront in the Hampton Colony community, the home puts the sand just beyond your door. Follow the private beach access straight to the shoreline for effortless mornings by the water, afternoon swims, long walks along the coast, and plenty of opportunities to slip back to the house whenever you need a break.
The home's expansive oceanfront decks may quickly become everyone's favorite gathering place. Stretching across multiple levels, they offer incredible views and plenty of space to enjoy your morning coffee, dine outside with the sound of the waves in the background, or settle in for an evening overlooking the water. A private hot tub on the lower oceanfront deck adds another way to unwind without ever losing sight of the coast.
