When you aren't streaming your favorite TV show or movie from the comfort of the sofa, prepare your favorite dishes in the well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy your meals at the sizable breakfast bar or take it alfresco on the sunny balcony. Also inside, you'll have access to a shared laundry room, partial air-conditioning, and internet access.

We just finished our stay and had a wonderful time. The unit was very clean and just like pictured and described in the listing. The linens were sealed in plastic so we knew they were clean. The bedding was super clean and the bed was firm and comfortable! The beach view was perfect and a slight walk and down on flight of stairs to the beach! Perfect! We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

The rental was ready about an hour before checkin! Check-in was easy and the unit was clean and tidy. The bed was nice and firm. The linens came sealed in plastic and were fresh and clean. The unit is on the first floor in building 1 and is a few steps and a set of steps from the stairway! Perfect access and a great view! Highly recommend!

the parking lot was terrible as there were potholes and bumps. Would of been nice if there was a warning for the sand bags and the high tide right outside our balcony.

Main level air b and b that allows you to access the beach a few steps away. Beautiful scenery and able to enjoy the ocean sounds at night. The place was clean and spacious. Would recommend to family and friends.

Loved the 1st floor location. Great balcony view with tall chairs. Building 1 is our favorite so we were satisfied with this rental. A slight refresh is all it needs.

The owner has recently updated this unit and new pictures will be taken to show the updated flooring and some furniture to provide guests an even better stay. Thank you for your feedback!

The bed was comfortable, plenty of towels provided, as were shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. Plenty of plates and glasses. The unit was clean, with the exception of a very badly worn and stained carpet. I think I would ditch the carpet and put in vinyl plank or something similar. Carpet does not like sand.

I’ve been trough a lot this past year; diagnosed with Breast cancer. I won the battle but there’s a lot involved. When it was getting closer to my bday I only had one request; to get away for the weekend my husband and I. No dogs, no mom or daugther. Just me and him. We just needed to get away for a day or two. I was looking for a place that it was close to home but not that close, affordable and it was a must to have ocean front. And this place had all what I wanted. I love that it was so cozy. Had exactly what we needed. And the best part was the ocean sound. Yes it was cold and off season but we didn’t care. For us it was perfect. It is perfect for 2 people only. Or even for a single person. I would love to stay there again and make it my get away from everything weekend there. No problems with the neighbors, everything was close to us. And I like that the washer/dryer room was Apple Pay friendly. That was a plus!!! I want to book that place for when it gets warmer. Thank you so much for letting us stay there.

Quick Trip

Nice condo. Enjoyed the deck. Bed was comfy, sheets & towels plentiful. Don't forget to bring your own corkscrew. If you have to contact VACASA, do so by phone & not text to get better service.

This is a very nice unit for 2 people. We arrived on Thursday & departed Monday morning. The bed is comfortable, there are enough bath towels. The kitchen has plenty of utensils except a corkscrew. A 2nd dishtowel would be nice too. The coffee pot cracked on Friday morning & it took until Sunday night for it to be replaced. The ice cube maker in the freezer is not hooked up. Luckily, we brought some ice cube trays. The deck overlooking the ocean is a very relaxing spot. I hope Mother Nature & Neptune don’t conspire to take this building & the others in Topsail Reef.

For the price, this was a great place to stay! Plenty of towels and linens, bathroom was very clean. Peaceful location and incredible views- dolphins included.

Very secluded little place, very comfortable for several guests. If you have five guest ypu would be cramped for sure. The bunk only has a small kids mattress on it so the pullout is only other sleeping options besides the bedroom. You can access the beach on low tide off steps but not during high tide. The water does get close to building on high tide. There are 2 other beach access areas which are just a short walk away. If you do t want to be bothered during a stay at beach I would recommend this ace for sure.
