Welcome to Topsail Reef 315!

Wake up with the ocean right outside your door at this cozy oceanfront condo in the Topsail Reef community of North Topsail Beach. Perfect for a couple or small family looking for a simple coastal escape, this third-floor retreat puts the sights and sounds of the shoreline front and center.

The private oceanfront balcony is easily the highlight of the condo. Start your morning here as the sun rises over the water, keep an eye out for dolphins passing offshore, or settle in with a book while the sound of the waves provides the background. In the evening, step back outside and enjoy the ocean breeze as another laid-back beach day comes to an end.

Inside, the comfortable living space keeps the coastal scenery close with sliding glass doors opening toward the balcony and water beyond. The compact layout makes this an easy home base for travelers who plan to spend their days enjoying the beach and exploring Topsail Island before returning to a peaceful place by the ocean.

Located toward the quieter northern end of North Topsail Beach, Topsail Reef offers a relaxed setting away from the busier parts of the island while still keeping you within driving distance of local dining, shopping, and activities.

Whether you're planning a weekend escape, a few quiet days by the water, or simply want a front-row seat to the coastline, Topsail Reef 315 offers an uncomplicated oceanfront getaway where the view takes center stage.

Please note that the condition of beach walkways, decks, stairs, and beach access can change due to wind, weather, erosion, tides, and natural sand migration. Accessibility — This is a third-floor condo and there is no elevator. Guests must use stairs to access the unit.

I had a wonderful stay! The condo was small but absolutely perfect for what I needed. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had one of the most beautiful ocean views. Even though there wasn't direct beach access (which the owner and manager make sure is evident from the website) from the building, it was only about a five-minute walk or less to a public access point, and the walk itself was easy and beautiful. The view from the condo more than made up for it.
I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this condo to anyone!

My Mom and I came here on an art retreat, and it felt magical being right on the ocean. We would open up the door to the deck and just listen to the ocean and feel the breeze while we painted and created.
This Airbnb was amazing, the walk up and down the shore was phenomenal, and I can’t wait to come back!

This is a great place with a view of the ocean. You'll have to time your beach time with the tide times as it's not possible to go down the stairs to the beach during high tide times. The pathway to public access to the beach is walking distance though. Overall, it's a decent spot to unwind.
And Carolina Coast Retreats folks were easy to work with compared to some of the others who manage property in the same building. Unlike the others who never "approved" our request for reservation leaving us hanging, Carolina Coast Retreats were quick to approve and respond.

The space was neat and clean. The linens smelled freshly washed (sometimes even clean linens don't smell fresh). The walk up 5 flights of steps was tough for this old gal but I'll know better the next time we visit :-).

Great Location!

Great location and updated furniture to include a pull out couch. The bunk beds were awesome! The condos are a bit outdated but for the price you can't beat it. We even extended our stay. The AC was cold and there was an amazing breeze from the beach!

The room is less than a 2 minute walk right to the water , when the tide is high the waves are right at the steps to the sand and the view is amazing , very clean and very comfortable stay

Clean and well maintained. The kitchen is tiny but we didn't really use it, but if someone planned on cooking a lot that might be an issue. Other than being on the 3rd level with no elevator, this condo met all of our needs at an affordable price. The view was great, loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings with a book, listening to the ocean.
