Experience a getaway like no other at this gorgeous and spacious retreat with beautiful furnishings throughout, extensive decks, a super-size dining room table seating 10, a beachfront hot tub, a large TV with surround sound in the living room, comfortable seating both inside and out, and a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances (double-door fridge, microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher) plenty of pots and pans for your cooking needs. There is even a wet bar if you would like to treat yourself to a refreshing cocktail or mocktail. These are just a few of the countless amenities that you will discover. Enjoy yourself on the beautiful, pristine beach, swimming in the community pool overlooking the ocean, or fishing on the nearby pier. Then you might try to escape for a few quiet moments in the comfortable surroundings of your room - each equipped with a stereo system and a TV plus combination. Elevator access to the first floor makes unloading groceries easier. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower. Welcome to North Topsail! THINGS TO KNOW The pool is open from 10 a.m. to dusk (as there is no lighting). The shared pool is typically open from May 6th through September 30th.

We love N Topsail and have stayed in this house for several years in a row. There were more maintenance issues this year than normal which required almost daily calls - broken chair and bunkbed, faulty smoke alarm waking us up - but maintenance was usually prompt. We were an hour late getting into the house because the housekeeper could not get in with key or elevator. We will book this home again because of location and hope that repairs will be minimal during our stay. We were pleased with the attentiveness of the new management staff at Coastal Carolina when we called.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen is spacious and well-appointed, including an air fryer, blender and both drip coffee maker and Keurig. There is a large ice maker that was really nice to have. There is also a beverage cooler, but we were unable to figure out how to get it to work. Elevator was great, especially for hauling up luggage and groceries. Had a minor issue with the elevator upon arrival, but maintenance arrived to fix it within a few hours. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good water pressure in showers, and plenty of hot water with 9 people showering daily. Washer and dryer both work great. Hot tub and pool were both really nice to have access to. Beautiful stretch of beach and not too busy despite the nearby public beach access. Quick drive to Snead’s Ferry for groceries and necessities.

The condo was very close to the beach which made it easy to get back and forth. The condo was spacious and gave us enough rooms for our family. The pool area was clean and it was also nice to have that option.

We had the best vacation ever. I called for hot tub service and the company arrived within 10 minutes.

Carolina Coast Retreats had a great check in process. It was easy and fast thanks to the texted instructions, which I appreciated not having to go back to the app. The location is beautiful, had ample parking, the kitchen had all the tools you needed to make dinner (and more) if you didn’t want to eat out. We specifically appreciated the multiple drip coffee machines and Keurig. I especially appreciated the brand new sponge and mini dish soap pack, as well as freshly serviced towels. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms as well as areas to sit.
There were a couple of things I would recommend the owner, not the management company take note of. While the place was spotless as far as clutter, having been vacuumed and surfaces wiped down, there were a few things you could tell hadn’t been serviced in a while.
Overall our stay was great and we had an amazing time. I would stay here again.

The location and view are perfect for large families with young children. The house is comfortable and clean, and small problems were quickly corrected with a phone call to Vacasa.

Topsail Island Treat

The home was clean and roomy with plenty of space for a large family. We loved the view from the 3 decks and of course the beach. Grandkids loved the proximity to the private pool and the well-stocked beach toys. We had a few maintenance issues that were addressed promptly and graciously by Vacasa - other property managers we’ve used in the past at Topsail were not as helpful.

This house was wonderful! It accommodated our family of 5 very nicely - plenty of room and plenty of seats available at the kitchen bar, table and family room for movie nights. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean. We loved the elevator for loading and offloading. We were very pleasantly surprised when we saw packaged towels for us, as well as toiletry items in the bathrooms, dishwashing soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent.

Fantastic place to stay!

House is a great location - we were visiting my son at Camp Lejeune and this was very conveniently located and has a GORGEOUS view! Set up well with all the pota, pans, dishes and utensils you could need for large groups. We had an amazing trip!

This house is fabulous - lots of space, table that seats 10, plenty of dishes and silverware so no need to buy paper plates, private hot tub with a view. Right on the beach with an amazing view from the 3 decks. Puzzles and ice maker were icing on the cake. The customer service was fabulous also - very responsive. We had a great trip!
