Welcome to Surf Condos - Beach Bliss Unit 825!

The Surf Condos are laid-back oceanfront community in the heart of Surf City! With the beach just steps away, beautiful ocean views, and restaurants, shops, and island activities nearby, this cozy condo is the perfect setting for your Topsail Island getaway.

Enjoy plenty of Surf City favorites within walking or biking distance, including local restaurants, beach and gift shops, bike and kayak rentals, and surfing and kite-surfing lessons. Venture south to Topsail Beach for charming shops, a local bookstore, and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center, or head north toward Sneads Ferry for dining, recreation, and golf.

Located on the second floor of the building closest to the ocean, this inviting condo offers unobstructed beach and ocean views from the private balcony. Start your morning watching the sunrise, spend the afternoon by the community pool, or walk just steps to the private beach access for a day on the sand.

Inside, the bright main bedroom features coastal touches and convenient access to the shared full bathroom with separate vanity and restroom areas and a stand-alone shower. A cozy bunk area tucked into the foyer provides additional sleeping space, while the living room offers two comfortable sofas—including a full-size sleeper sofa—and a chair positioned to enjoy the beautiful ocean views.

A four-person dining table overlooks the water, and the fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and an ocean-facing sink.

The condo was beautiful and extremely clean. The location was amazing for a weekend trip. Oceanfront and very quiet. We had a great visit and hope to book again in the future. The only thing we found to be missing was a hair dryer but that was not an issue at all. Everything we needed was convenient and ready.

Beautiful location
Absolutely beautiful view. Unit was conveniently located right at beach access and around corner from pool. Unit is adorable and well kept. We had a lot of issues with the keyless entry into the unit. It took several tries every time we tried to access the init. And long code so tough to remember which meant digging up the code each time. Our pool pass also didn’t work. And then you need a separate code for the parking gate. These few things were all annoying but so minor as compared to the wonderful trip we had. Really great location being on the beach and only about a mile from the pier and restaurants etc.

Perfect location
The condo was perfect, perfect view and such easy access to the beach and pool with a toddler. They provided plenty of linens and towels and had some beach toys, chairs etc for us to use. we weren’t given the correct gate code when we arrived but the maintenance men on the property were quick to help us out as the codes change every month! The condo was clean but could definitely use a deep clean soon. Otherwise no complaints at all!

Balcony right on the beach! Literally you can drop drinks or toys down to your family out on the sand. High tide is only 30 feet or so from the building. Huge pool, friendly staff all around great stay!

Stunning view
This home was very clean, beautifully decorated, and has a well stocked kitchen. Communication with vacasa left a bit to be desired, but it worked out. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay
We stayed for 6 days and loved this condo. The floor and furniture look new. The kitchen was well stocked. The shower was spacious. Plenty of washcloths and towels. Of course the ocean front view was the best!! It was very easy to get from the room to the beach. The fellow at the gate ( I never got his name) was super. Always smiling and waving and ready to help if needed. The Vacasa representatives were extremely friendly and helpful with all questions. The only slightly negative comment is the Wi-Fi was cantankerous. Better after we restarted the router but still slow and we would get disconnected frequently.

Beautiful view and condo!
This place was beautifully decorated! Everything matched really well and it was perfect. The pictures don’t do this place justice. The condo was spacious and it wasn’t overcrowded. The bed was so comfortable and I slept well for being on vacation! The walk to the beach was easy and the pool was nice. The pans could stand to be upgraded - they were all scratched. The floor was filthy - we called and they said would send someone, but no one came. If you plan on using the WiFi, you basically need to stay in the living room/kitchen because that is the only place it works.

One of the best little spots on the beach
The interior was updated and beautiful with new refrigerator. All the beds were comfortable to sleep on and that includes the pull out couch. The oceanfront views were second to none.

Great views and access to the beach
We had a wonderful week. The views were incredible and the access to the beach was super close. I left a necklace which was very important to me. The staff was able to locate it and send it to me. I’m forever grateful. Surf City never disappoints!

Great condo great views, just needs a master bed upgrade unless you like a super thick memory foam topper
It was our second visit 2 years in a row, but this time we brought a air mattress for better sleeping. However you can't beat the location views and amenities

Perfect getaway location and view to die for
Wonderful for a couple or families. Super easy beach and pool access and killer view on porch. Comfortable beds and kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at #825 Surf condo! Perfect for my wife and I. Great location and steps from the beach. The views were amazing! The staff at Surf were friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze condo was clean and fit our needs perfectly

Oceanfront Property
We were looking for a place on the beach with an ocean view. That’s exactly what we got! Any closer to the beach, and we would have been in the Atlantic Ocean. Clean and quiet condo and beach and a huge pool. Will be returning to Surf City Condos.
