Easy check in and check out. Make sure you read your emails even during vacation. If you plan to cook meals and are conscious of not cooking in toxic pans, you may need to reconsider or purchase some better ones. Other than that, it’s a cute place for the price.

While this isn’t a five star condo, the Place was as described in the listing and pictures were accurate. 2 blocks from the ocean, which you could see from your balcony and kitchen table. Beds were comfortable. Safe neighborhood. While the living room furniture was fine, it is starting to show signs of aging.

We really enjoyed our stay. One recommendation is to have a broom/dustpan or a stick vacuum for small clean ups since you are at the beach and no daily housekeeping. Otherwise extremely satisfied with our stay.

This is a perfect getaway for 4 people and the location is fantastic. Relatively easy and short walk to the beach. The elevator made a world of difference as not all condos at the beach have them and climbing 2 - 3 floors of stairs with heavy luggage can be difficult but not a problem here. Hopefully we can come back in the summer months when the pool is open too. Perfect for a weekend trip to Topsail Beach. Property seems to be well taken care of and everything is shown and depicted well in the photos. Also LOVE the fact that towels and sheets are provided. Thanks so much!

Having coffee on the deck was wonderful! The ocean to our left and the sound to our right. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Well stocked kitchen with 2 size coffee pots, toaster, microwave, 4-burner stove with oven, smaller then ours at home but full freezer & refrigerator, pots & pans, cutlery, cooking utensils, etc! Parking on the weekend was tight as vendors set up along the street and take up some of the parking but otherwise parking was a breeze. There's even an elevator for those of us not able to take the stairs all the time. Last but definitely not least- the cleanliness! It was spotless! Not even a cobweb in the corners! This property is very well kept! The 2 bedrooms with 1 bed each is perfect for 2 couples or a small family...and it was absolutely perfect for our honeymoon!! Thank you x1,000,000,000,000!!

I really enjoyed our room it was very clean and hospitable. The floors would turn your skin black with dirt. I had to wear socks or shoes the hole time. Other than that great room.

The one bedroom was hard to walk through! You had to straddle the wall and corner of bed to get past and even to get into the bed. The view was great and easy access to the beach. The furniture is not very comfy for long periods of sitting.

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway. The VRBO was so cute. Our only recommendation is that you have a brrom/dust pan or a stick vaccum because you are at the beach and carry in sand and housekeeping does not come daily so the floors could use a quick touch up before housekeeping comes back.
