Our room was exactly as described and matched the pictures spot on. They provided several sets of towels for us to use for bathing and some for the pool, really nice shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and even had things for coffee! Throughout the whole process I enjoyed the text feature providing me updates on check In and check out making things convenient for also when I had questions about the place and almost instant responses. It’s just a block over from the beach and about a 5 minute drive to where most things to do are. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The room was clean and well maintained. Access to the beach was easy. Other vacationers were friendly, making this an enjoyable experience.

Property was described properly. It is perfect if you want more than a hotel/motel but dont need a full house. Fit our needs perfectly. The only problem we had was mostly our fault. I accidentally only scheduled for 3 nights and needed 4. When i tried to extend our stay by one day the cost would nearly doubled our three night stay because it was set up like new rental instead of additional days. So all the fees would have been doubled. So be cautious. In the past owners have worked with us if we needed to add a day. But this is a company and dont seem to be able to do that.

I I loved everything mentioned in the title. As I said and comments to vacasa the property was billed as more of a condo, but turned out to be more of a motel. In any event the room was clean except for a few small bugs. But, I've lived in florida, so bugs by the beach are to be expected, trade. My only concern in the booking was that I tried to cancel the reservation after Hurricane Helene ravage North Carolina. I was concerned about getting on and off of the island. Mikasa would have none of it and would not cancel with a refund. In any event it was no problem getting on and off the island and it was a great day.

I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay. The unit was quiet, clean, and an easy walk to the beach. I enjoyed the sunset off the balcony and comfortable kind size bed. The kitchen was perfect for small meals and the shower was hot with a great flow. I will be back!
