Great value for the price point, phenomenal view, decent kitchen, no oven though, the bed is okay, I would definitely come back here

This condo is an a great location, and was very clean and updated! Our only complaint was the AC unit that resides in a bedroom closet is very loud and is definitely a disruption for sleeping.

The HVAC units in these condos are located near the bed and can be noisy for some guests. We’ve had Maintenance check the unit to ensure it’s not overly loud, and the issue has been addressed. Great location and made it easy to get around.
I loved the location and the guest services. Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a weekend getaway and we had a great time.

The view and the location gets five stars ⭐️. The only negative was the smell of smoke and the cheap quality of the towels. Everything else was very good 👍

Right im the middle of all the action. Great view of the river. I gave 4 stars because, although the unit was very clean, the rug was very stained.

The location is right on water street across from the board walk restaurants and shops. Beautiful view of river and mostly quiet. The condo was a perfect size for our week stay.

Perfect Location
The condo was a perfect size for my husband and I. We loved the location, right downtown Wilmington on the waterfront. Across the street from the boardwalk with restaurants and shops plus only a block from the downtown. The condo does need furniture upgrading but other than that it was lovely.
